Late in 2019, Stray Orbit was approached by Knog, a Melbourne based product innovation company to capture and curate a suite of marketing assets for the Kickstarter launch of their latest silicone headlamp, the Bilby.

From storyboard to shot planning and location capture, we worked closely with Knog's brand director Louis Philo. With a shared vision, we set out to animate a teaser video, film and photograph an outdoor launch campaign plus invited some of our favourite adventurte pals to bring the visual campaign to life.

Bilby met its target in under 24hrs and raised over half a million dollars with it's 5000 backers.
It is now out in the wild guiding and lighting the paths of outdoor enthusiasts everywhere.
