Building on the core pillars of the Blinder 900, we set out to visually represent each defining feature through a series of six unique shots.

Each sequence was crafted to highlight a key aspect of the design, from its cutting-edge materials to its powerful performance. These visuals capture the innovation and precision behind the Blinder 900, celebrating its form and function in a cohesive and dynamic narrative.

Unbody CNC Construction

Unbody CNC Construction

Our animation opens with liquid metal bringing the idea of unbody CNC construction to life. The material elegantly transforms from metallic silver to a deep black anodized finish, symbolizing the precision and fluidity of CNC processes. We used dynamic ring lighting that tracks the material's growth, accentuating the textural, tactile nature of the surface as it is shaped. This shot reflects our approach to embodying CNC craftsmanship, creating a solid, immersive visual that feels both innovative and grounded.

High-Powered

With high-powered we wanted to reveal the power unit and projection systems in a controlled yet chaotic fashion. Leveraging particle advection, we were able to energetically draw in the surfaces of each key component cluster, unmasking them with colourful tracers dancing across the Blinder chassis. This gave the illusion of peering under the surfaces without any of the drawbacks of traditional transparency effects.

Striking Utilitarian Styling

In this shot, we leaned into a Brutalist theme to convey striking utilitarian styling. The product’s materials are shown in their raw, accurate form, with hard spotlighting casting dramatic, shifting shadows as the camera pans and zooms. Symmetry and depth of field work together to enhance the bold, solid presence of the design. This approach allowed us to highlight the product’s practicality while keeping the aesthetic clean, strong, and architectural.

In this shot, we leaned into a Brutalist theme to convey striking utilitarian styling. The product’s materials are shown in their raw, accurate form, with hard spotlighting casting dramatic, shifting shadows as the camera pans and zooms.

Symmetry and depth of field work together to enhance the bold, solid presence of the design. This approach allowed us to highlight the product’s practicality while keeping the aesthetic clean, strong, and architectural.

Purposeful Under-Bar Mounting + Compact design

Purposeful Under-Bar Mounting + Compact design

To highlight the purpose-driven design of the under-bar mount, we created an elaborate light-linking setup for both the Blinder and the bike, intentionally pulling luma focus to key visual features, while allowing the rest to vignette seamlessly into the backplate. This aesthetic reflected both the simplicity and intentionality of its design.

For compact design, even lighting and strategic hotspots were used to highlight its streamlined form without overwhelming the visual. This shot conveys the product’s stealthy and precise construction, emphasizing that its compactness does not compromise its powerful presence. Our goal was to make the compact size feel sleek yet impactful.

We had lots of fun juxtaposing the strength and durability of the Blinder against the torturous impact from our procedurally sculpted aggressor. Shielded by a resilient layer of powdercoating, the CNC reinforced unibody chassis is engineered to feel ready for anything thrown at it.
